Punctuality and reliable attendance are important to your success on this assignment. Here's an overview of the attendance policy while you're on assignment for Jabil.

Reporting Absences & Tardiness: You must provide as much notice as possible, but no less than 2 hours, unless it is an emergency.

YOU MUST call your employer, Kelly Services if you are unable to report to your shift OR are going to be late.

The point system

Kelly follows a point system to track attendance during an assignment. Points are accumulated with absences or tardiness. Exceeding your allowed number of points will end your assignment. For full details on Jabil's point system, please contact your Kelly Talent Advisor.

6 months - 6 points allowed

Associates will be allotted six (6) points for unexcused absences in a consecutive six (6) month period.

First two (2) weeks will be probationary - any absences could result in termination.

After two (2) weeks:

APPROVED absences (approved by Supervisor): 1/2 point

Doctor's Note: 0 points

Bereavement: 3 days approved (0 points) for immediate family members | 1 day approved (0 points) for non-immediate family members.
